Help Eric Jerochim Battle ALS

Eric Jerochim was diagnosed with ALS in 2017. Eric has been a hard working small business owner for over thirty years. His Auto Repair business Havlik’s Radiator and Auto Repair is one of the last Radiator repair shops in Weastern WA.   ALS has taken it’s tole on Eric and he can no longer work anymore. He has nearly lost all speech and is confined to a wheelchair. Eric immediately needs help getting an ADA Wheelchair Van, help with bills and medical expenses. Eric is reluctant to ask for help but as his friend I know how dire his needs are. Please help Eric Battle ALS and Get a means of safe transport. Eric has the wish to travel in the van with his partner Carole Crissman to see family while he still can. Please help make this Wish Reality!! Thank You
