Life Saving Surgery

My Cambodian girlfriend requires life saving surgery in Vietnam but unlike Australia you need to pay for medical expenses. I have saved as much as I can but still need $10,000. Unfortunately time is of the essence. If nothing else she wants to be able to pay her current hospital bill and go home to be with family until ........... She is a single mother and works to support her family. The lose of this person would have a significant effect on a whole community. She is a good person and does not deserve this. We would be eternally grateful for any help anyone can give. I am working on a visa for her to come to Australia but there is endless red tape and this will not be finalized any time soon.
