Eliana es mi amiga de infancia con la cual atesoro bellos recuerdos y puedo dar fe de la maravillosa que es. Ella es madre soltera de dos niños, trabajadora y Odontólogo de profesión.
Su cuadro clínico comienza cuando hace aproximadamente 10 años, cuando le colocan dos implantes dentales, a raíz de eso comenzó a presentar problemas de Sinusitis y poco tiempo después le realizaron un tratamiento conducto en el diente que está a un lado de estos mismos, hace 5 años empieza a insistir en los controles médicos una molestia en los implantes, incluso acotando que ya uno le salía por la encía, los médicos respondiéndole a estos síntomas decían que había que esperar que el cuerpo los rechazara. En ese año ( septiembre 2015), a ella le da una meningitis, ahora los médicos asocian la meningitis con el problema de los implantes, a partir de allí, en los controles se le explicó que estaban en mala posición, pero que había que esperar que el cuerpo los rechazara, desde el momento que se colocaron estaban destinados al fracaso.
Actualmente ella tiene un proceso de implantitis allí, y está necesitando operarse con suma urgencia para realizar la extracción de los implantes y poder así parar el proceso meningio. Debido a la su proceso degenerativo y los Altos costos médicos en Venezuela y también la falta de medicamentos, se vio obligada a vender su unidad odontológica para cubrir tratamientos médicos iniciales. Esto sumado a que se encuentra hospitalizada, no le permite generar ingresos
Eliana is my childhood friend with whom I treasure beautiful memories and I can attest to how wonderful she is. She is a single mother of two children, a worker and a dentist by profession.
Her clinical picture begins when about 10 years ago two dental implants were placed, as a result she began to develop Sinusitis problems and therefore she had a root canal treatment on the tooth that is next to them. 5 years ago she began to insist on her medical controls a discomfort in the implants, even stating that one already came out of the gum, doctors responding to these symptoms said they had to wait for the body to reject them. In that year (September 2015), she gets meningitis. Now, doctors associate meningitis with the problem of implants, from there, the controls explained that they were in a bad position, but that they needed to wait that the body rejected them, from the moment they were placed they were destined to fail.
Currently she has an implantitis process there, and is urgently in need of surgery to perform implant removal and thus stop the meningian process. Due to her degenerative process and the high medical costs in Venezuela and also the lack of medication, she was forced to sell her dental unit to cover initial medical treatments. This, added to the fact that she is hospitalized, does not allow her to generate income
