Help daughter with lots of appointments in London

My Daughter Sam she is 22 years old  is undergoing lots of appointments in London Guys Hospital for suspected Narcolepsy and Cataplexy.  We have been fighting for over 6 years now.   She has night and day terrors of seeing a shadowy figure  sometimes feels it follows her,  she is also aspergers and on autism spectrum (High Functioning),  understanding is quite bad.  No medication this far has helped and we hoping maybe this time can help make life easier for her. 

Sam underwent Kidney treatment for kidney stones at aged 14  and been left with a scarred kidney,  this took place in Great Ormond Street London over 2 years.  She really doesn't like hospitals  much  as every time she been to 1  surgery is needed.  

We have an appointment with her on November 28th  for a sleep study,  also required is a blood test  and possible lumber puncture. 

We have installed some ambiant lighting in her room for her well being so she can turn them on when she feels worried and frightened,  she currently shares a room with her 18 year old sister.   She doesn't like to be alone at night due to these vivid dreams as sometimes she is not sure what is real and what is not. 

I am raising money for her  for travel to and from London and give her some fun there to remember rather than just test after test.   We are unemployed   well I can not work as am also her full time Carer, and have already travelled to London 2 times in the last 2  months and can't get help with travel as I can not travel alone with her due to medical reasons  so need my Husband aswell making costs higher.  

Picture is of Sam in first sleep study in papworth Hospital back in 2015 where she was told idiopathic Hypersomnia  since then things have got worse and more vivid and real.   Sam has been told can not drive  or operate any machinery for her safety  she feels alot has been robbed from her life.
