Help Daria (with cerebral palsy) to walk-WE DID IT

Hello, I’m writing on behalf of my daughter. 

Daria is a sweet, beautiful 12 years old girl with cerebral palsy, she was diagnosed with a severe case of cerebral palsy, a condition that causes difficulty with muscle control when she was 1 year old. Since then she has been doing various treatments such as physical therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, horse-riding therapy (to improve her balance), therasuit sessions and more, went through the orthopedic surgeries. 

It was the years of hard work, of her and our fight for her dreams and future and it is still so. 

Living with cerebral palsy child in your family means making sure that your child gets everything she needs to live her best life. That means being aware of providing your child the adaptive equipment that will improve her mobility, and considering her transition to adulthood and greater independence. After many years of hard work she is still very dependent but fortunately we found the walker she is able to walk in (this system is on the picture but upper part is covered by t-shirt).  My dream is to help her in building this ability to walk.

It was one of the brightest days and brought me to tears when we saw that Daria made her first step in the walker and now she needs to practice every day.  And it's difficult to describe how proud of herself she was and how much happiness was in her eyes.  As mom I want it last forever.

And now I ask for your help - please help me to buy this walker. This particular walker is produced in England and unfortunately isn't covered by our insurance. But only this system really works for Daria - she really can walk in this walker and it helps her to gain the freedom. 

Please let Daria to be more close to her dream - one day to make her own independent step. As before she receives all kind of therapies and I’m doing my best to provide her with all equipment that will improve her life.
