Help Danielle to become an international lawyer

Sadly we had a huge set back by not getting the visa to study in France.

But we are still holding on to the goal of Danielle becoming an international lawyer.

For this year at the university in Congo Brazzaville we have enough funding.

Leider haben wir einen Rückschlag erlebt, da Danielle das Visum für Frankreich nicht erhalten hat.

Wir lassen uns aber nicht entmutigen und halten an dem Ziel fest, dass sie eines Tages internationale Anwältin ist.

Für dieses Studienjahr in Congo Brazzaville haben wir Dank eurer großzügigen Unterstützung ausreichend Geld.

Dear friends and supporters,

Time is running out and what started 2 years ago is now taking shape.

This is the current status June 2023:

Danielle is in the process of joining Campus France to study in France in September. With the help of your donations of the last 2 years (all donations older than 2 years were used for the tuition fees in the Congo) we were able to pay the registration fees and the visa application, in addition Danielle opened her first bank account and got a credit card which is essential for the process.

Danielle was able to fulfill the first requirement, she got a place at university in Caen.

At the moment we still have 3500 euros available.

The appointment at the visa office is on August 7, 2023. Everything is now dependent on obtaining the visa!

In order to get the visa, Danielle has to either prove

7,800 euros on her account

or

at least 4,500 euros + one person who takes financial responsibility (we are currently working on this option)

And she has to find an apartment in Caen for at least the first three months of her stay and possibly pay a deposit. (The rents are about 400 EUR / month)

So about 1200 EUR for the apartment and 800 EUR for the deposit.

In order to fulfill this, we are still missing about 3000 - 6300 EUR.

When she receives the visa, the flight is still missing, but one step at a time.

We know that the sum is very high and that in the end Danielle is dependent on the decision of the visa office (unfortunately there is a lot of corruption in the Congo and the visa office has the option to reject applications without justification) and still we trust that God has everything in his hands and the right thing will happen.

Die Zeit rennt und was vor 2 Jahren begonnen hat nimmt jetzt Form an.

Dies ist der jetzige Stand Juni 2023:

Danielle ist im Prozess von Campus France um im September in Frankreich anzufangen zu Studieren. Mit der Hilfe Eurer Spenden der letzten 2 Jahre (alle Spenden die älter als 2 Jahre sind wurden für die Studiengebühren im Kongo verwendet) konnten wir die Anmeldegebühren und den Visaantrag bezahlen, darüber hinaus hat Danielle ihr erstes Bankkonto eröffnet und eine Kreditkarte bekommen was unabdingbar für den Prozess ist.

Die erste Voraussetzung konnte Danielle schon erfüllen sie hat einen Studienplatz in Caen bekommen.

Momentan haben wir noch 3500 Euro zu Verfügung.

Am 7. August 2023 ist der Termin in der Visumstelle. Alles ist nun von dem Erhalt des Visums abhängig!

Um das Visum zu bekommen muss Danielle entweder

7.800 Euro auf ihrem Konto nachweisen

oder

mind 4.500 Euro + eine Person die finanzielle Verantwortung übernimmt ( an dieser Option arbeiten wir gerade)

Und sie muss eine Wohnung in Caen finden für mindestens die ersten drei Monate ihres Aufenthaltes und eventuell eine Kaution bezahlen. ( Die Mieten sind so ca 400 Eur / Monat)

Also ca 1200 Eur für die Wohnung und 800 Eur für die Kaution.

Um das zu erfüllen fehlen uns demnach noch ca 3000 - 6300 Eur.

Wenn sie das Visum erhält fehlt dann noch der Flug aber Schritt für Schritt.

Wir wissen das die Summe sehr hoch ist und im Endeffekt Danielle abhängig von der Entscheidung der Visastelle ist ( leider gibt es viel Korruption im Kongo und die Visumstelle hat die Option Anträge ohne Begründung abzulehnen) und trotzdem vertrauen wir darauf das Gott alles in seiner Hand hat und das Richtige passieren wird.

Thanks to you I was able to go through difficult situations without ever abandoning my studies and my dreams; you supported me throughout my school process and thanks to that I was able to continue my school career until university. As you know my dream is to become an international lawyer in order to have the opportunity to be and in turn help people in need in the face of the injustices and difficulties of this world, with a view to offering others this chance that you grant me. Today, thanks to you, I am gradually managing to move forward towards what before was a simple dream for me. I don't know how to express my gratitude to you. After the death of my mother, I was dejected and helpless but thanks to you I was able to continue my university studies without incident. I'm going to 3rd year. I have always been afraid of not being able to continue my studies after the license because the master's degree in international law does not exist in my country, but by a miracle, thanks to God, I met the mother of a friend who living in France and heard my story, she decided to help me in her own way by welcoming me to France in her house so that I could continue my studies and have the possibility of realizing my dream. Reason why I come again to the loan of you in order to ask for your help to finish the 3 years of studies which remain. The travel process having been initiated, to our knowledge the needs necessary for its completion are as follows:

- A registration which is made in a university And then thanks to this registration I could obtain a visa

- we also need a plane ticket which costs 854 € 

Interms of schooling, being a foreigner and outside the territory, I was unable to participate in the Parcoursup registration program. So I enrolled in a private school monthly tuition, transport and nutrition costs in summer estimated at a total budget of €650 per month I know that the current period is not easy, but please help me to seize this incredible opportunity that is offered to me as a last chance, if only with the little you have Thank you very much once again and God bless you!

Danielle konnte mit Ihrer Hilfe ein weiteres Jahr an der Universität im Kongo absolvieren. Es hat sich für nun die Möglichkeit eröffnet, ihr Studium in Frankreich fortzusetzen. Das ist was sie schreibt: 

Hallo zusammen,

ich hoffe euch geht es gut. Zunächst möchte ich Ihnen für die Liebe, Unterstützung und Hilfe danken, die Sie mir in dieser ganzen Zeit gegeben haben. Dank Ihnen war ich in der Lage, schwierige Situationen zu überstehen, ohne jemals mein Studium und meine Träume aufzugeben; Sie haben mich während meines gesamten Schulprozesses unterstützt und dank dessen konnte ich meine Schullaufbahn bis zur Universität fortsetzen. Wie Sie wissen, ist es mein Traum, internationale Anwältin zu werden, um die Möglichkeit zu haben, Menschen in Not angesichts der Ungerechtigkeiten und Schwierigkeiten dieser Welt zu helfen, um anderen diese Chance zu bieten, die Sie mir gewähren . Aus diesem Grund bitte ich Sie wiederholt um Ihre Hilfe, die verbleibenden 3 Studienjahre zu beenden. Nachdem der Reiseprozess eingeleitet wurde, sind unseres Wissens nach folgende Voraussetzungen für das Studium erforderlich:

- Eine Registrierung, die an einer Universität erfolgt. Und dank dieser Registrierung könnte ich dann ein Visum erhalten

 - wir benötigen außerdem ein Flugticket, das 854 kostet €

Aus schulischen Gründen, als Ausländer und außerhalb des Staatsgebiets konnte ich nicht am Parcoursup-Anmeldeprogramm teilnehmen. Also schrieb ich mich an einer Privatschule ein, deren monatliche Studien-, Transport- und Ernährungskosten im Sommer auf ein Gesamtbudget von 650 € pro Monat geschätzt werden.

Ich weiß, dass die aktuelle Zeit nicht einfach ist, aber bitte helfen Sie mir, diese unglaubliche Gelegenheit zu nutzen, die sich mir bietet. Auch kleine Beiträge helfen dieses Ziel zu erreichen.
