Help Cristina finish her PhD

I am writing on behalf of my sister, who is on the verge of completed her Ph.D. at UH but has ran into some issues.  Over the last seven (7) years, she has taught classes at the university in which they gave her a small stipend and reduced tuition.  Her last semester is coming up but they do not have any classes to give her so she will have to pay full tuition and will not receive any kind of stipend.  Moreover, her VISA will not allow her to work for any other employer in the US.  This means she will not be able to submit and defend her dissertation and will have to go back to Mexico without the Ph.D. she has worked hard to earn over the years.     

She needs help paying her expenses for her last semester.  Time is running out to enroll in the summer semester and she will be forced to leave the US without her degree. 

My family and I would appreciate any help for my sister, she has worked so hard for so long and it wold be a tragedy to see her going back to Mexico without finishing her degree.
