These are some of the lawn signs that we want to use to inform people about the advantages of supporting the Citizen's Climate Lobby and that's why we're asking you for money.
Citizen's Climate Lobby is a non-profit, nonpartisan, grassroots organization focused on national policies to address climate change. CCL is worldwide in 40 countries with over 480 chapters in the U.S. We are the Duluth/Two Harbors, Minnesota chapter.
Citizen's Climate Lobby supports a national carbon fee and dividend policy. CCL's proposal would result in:
- every U.S. household receiving an equal share of the money generated from a carbon fee
- increased consumer spending
- an expanding renewable energy industry
- a cleaner environment now and for the future
Our approach is to build consensus—which will bring enduring change.
Citizen's Climate Lobby welcomes all who are willing to address climate change, because climate change affects everyone.
100% of the money we raise from this campaign will be used to purchase lawn signs/flyers or billboards to help inform
and increase support for this cause.
