Help Cat with her medical bills

Cat was in a bike accident on Oct. 10th;  an impatient Boston driver t-boned her bicycle while she was going along a crosswalk on Washington street on her way home from work. Cat sustained multiple fractures. No lung bruising or rib fractures. No spinal fractures per MRI. Vital signs are stable. Tonight’s goal is pain control. She’s currently in the ICU at Brigham Womans Hospital hoping to move to the surgery floor tomorrow. Tentative plans for surgery Friday followed by PT/rehab. Bodhi is doing well, and is being cared for.  Anything you can donate will help. Given that she is in the ICU and needs surgery, medical bills will be extensive. 

As many of you know, Cat survived a brain tumor years ago.  There are still struggles, but I am amazed at how far Cat has come.  She moved to Boston for a better quality of life and to find work- Boston has many more opportunities than Tucson, especially for a freelancer. To have an accident like this at this point in time is really devastating. 

Cat is a caring and gentle soul, with strength of character and relentless fortitude.  I don't know how she will be able to pay for her rent and basic living expenses given her injuries.  Please donate whatever you can to help.  Anything is appreciated.
