HELP CAMP ECLIPSE CHANGE LIVES FOR LGBTQ+ YOUTH

This year marks the 10th Anniversary of Camp Eclipse, a life changing summer camp experience for 2SLGBTQ+ youth in the province of Newfoundland and Labrador. For our 10th Anniversary, we would love to raise $10,000 to keep camp going for years to come. This rewarding and transformative camp has impacted the lives of many individuals who have been involved, and has provided marginalized youth with invaluable skills to carry them through their futures. Please help us continue to provide this positive and affirming opportunity! 

About Us: 

Camp Eclipse: OUT in the woods brings together youth between the ages of 16 and 24 for 4 days of empowering workshops which take a solution focused, and strengths based approach to the issues faced by two-spirit, lesbian, bisexual, gay, trans, ace, intersex and queer (2SLBGTQ+) youth. Camp also offers outdoor nature activities and networking opportunities. This camp is open to any youth, regardless of their gender and sexual identity.

At Camp Eclipse: OUT in the Woods, youth learn HOW to make it better for themselves and others.

Camp Eclipse will benefit youth, who will be empowered to:
-find support for themselves
-offer support to other youth
-take positive steps to help end discrimination
-create safer schools and communities
-and overcome challenges in their lives

Camp Eclipse creates a safe space to:
-build social connections and support networks
-build important personal skills
-develop a sense of belonging and a healthy sense of self
-have fun!
