Help Cameron get to John's Hopkins

I have never posted something like this on FB, but it is very near and dear to my heart. My best friend since 7th grade has been Gary Buffa, and his family have been going through hard times for the last few years and it has recently gotten a lot more serious.
In 2016 Gary was prescribed a very popular medication for his arthritis, and it completely changed his life, he went from being a hard-working employee at Delta Airlines to a disabled man, with a brain injury and Ataxia. It is very difficult for Gary to walk because he is always dizzy. He can no longer smell or taste food. On top of that, Gary was diagnosed with lymphoma and will be staged after his PET scan on October 4th, but they are thinking it is late stage.
Lisa is Gary's wife and the mother of Cameron, who is 22 years-old and was diagnosed with dermatomyositis/polymyositis in July 2014 and it came back in 2018 and he has declined rapidly and has lost all of his muscle mass and is confined to his bed and a wheel chair. They have been to doctors in Michigan and they have done all that they can and are now being referred to a specialist at Johns Hopkins Hospital. The purpose of this Go Fund Me is to raise money for Gary and Lisa to take Cameron to Johns Hopkins in Maryland on October 22nd.
Lisa is working very hard and is also taking care of both Gary and Cameron and they are unable to afford the trip to Johns Hopkins without some help. We can't take away the pain that Gary and Cameron are in, but one thing that we can do is ease their burden by helping them with the expense of their trip to Baltimore.
We would love to able to raise enough money to fly the three of them to Maryland to cover the expenses of that trip. Worst case scenerio is to rent a van that is modified for a wheelchair and I will take time off of work to drive them to Baltimore because they mean so much to me.
If you know the Buffa family, they are beautiful people and have had more than their share of hardships and we have the ability to lessen their load and get Cameron the help that he needs.
The Buffa's are loved by so many and even if you can only give $10, that would be a huge help to get Cameron the help that he desperately needs and takes a HUGE burden off of Gary and Lisa.
