Help buy Glasses for Robert Priddy

Update: I've almost reached my Goal to purchase my glasses and if for some reason I go over my Goal. I will put the money toward a Handheld Video Magnifier to assist me with my daily needs such as reading medicine bottles, fine print, ect.

Not sure what to say here, but I will give it a shot.

I was born with Malignant Myopia, Photophobia, Retinal Detachment, and Nystagmus with a vision of 20/400 corrected with glasses. My vision worsens over time.

I haven't had a new prescription in over 5 years or so.

Here lately I've noticed my vision getting a bit worse. It has been causing me to have headaches with the straining of my eyes. If my eyes are strained to much or any kind of trauma to my eyes, it could cause Retinal Detachment which could lead to total blindness. My retinas are not in great shape as it is.

With me being on fixed income, my finances are not there for me to purchase new glasses.

Info on my Eye Diseases:
Malignant Myopia is an extremely high amount of nearsightedness that causes a major alteration of the shape or globe of the eye, which may lead to profound vision loss.

Photophobia: As a medical symptom, photophobia is not a morbid fear or phobia, but an experience of discomfort or pain to the eyes due to light exposure or by presence of actual physical sensitivity of the eyes, though the term is sometimes additionally applied to abnormal or irrational fear of light such as heliophobia.

Nystagmus is a condition of involuntary eye movement, acquired in infancy or later in life, that may result in reduced or limited vision.

Retinal detachment describes an emergency situation in which a thin layer of tissue (the retina) at the back of the eye pulls away from the layer of blood vessels that provides it with oxygen and nutrients
