The Thomas Food Project is a 6 year old initiative operates in 6 schools and is providing 10,000 lunches per month. But this is only 1/3 of the students. The bakery will provide another 30,000 lunches per month and also operate as a revenue stream for the schools. We have the land to do this and the bakery is designed to have a roadside establishment for sandwiches and baked goods. We also have raised funds for the solar ovens. This campaign is for facilities and baking equipment.
