Help Bring Hermione Home

On December 24th at 8:45 am I kissed my baby and told her we would make our gingerbread house when I got off. Her paternal aunt has been watching her for me since I started working in August. At 2:35 pm I went on my lunch break to find that her father who has had minamal interest in her took my baby from her aunt house with no jacket shoes or a diaper bag. I was calling him 30 times a day which didn’t make him answer he let me FaceTime her 4 times since she’s been gone and ends the call when I ask when is she coming home, my 6 year old niece told Hermione she missed her and wants her to come home so he snatched the phone and said bye. Hermione and I moved out the home that we shared with her dad in May of 2017 every single day he would mentally abuse me walking in the house not acknowledging my baby letting her cry telling me dinner should be done at 6 not 7 and not to use the baby as my excuse because women cooked with kids in their hands for 100’s of years holding my 15k that was supposed to be an investment that he has yet to give back coming in the house telling me to find us a place for no more than 1300 a month cause he wasn’t going to pay for us to live better than him and his son which he never paid I had money in a separate account which I used for rent her daily needs doctor appointments and Uber. I have to thank God for Harvey because that storm is the reason I was able to stay afloat with my bills due to my car being damaged  He has been bullying me for years and I just took it all including threats on my life saying it would cost him less than 10 grand to have me killed. I’ve been contacting divorce lawyers at the law library trying to cut ties with this man for the last 13 months so the torment can be over he is a habitual liar a user and a cheater who picks his kids up all for show and put them back on the shelf when he’s done and no one ever says anything to him or calls him on his shit because of financial reasons. I filed for child support December 2017 because he was not doing anything and I didn’t hear anything until he took my daughter they told me he was served 12/10/18 I would never ask for help if I didn’t need it but this man uses his children and his money as tools all I want is a fighting chance to get full custody of my daughter I love my children with everything in me they are always my top priority please help bring Hermione home.
