Help Brian Lee with cancer treatments

This is my friend Brian Lee or Lee Da Pong, which is his given name. He was born to a very poor family in Taiwan. He has an interesting, if not sad, life story. He is very poor & is 66 yrs old. He receives $500 a month from social security & trades rent for caretaking a property but his house is cold with no heat & leaks when it rains because this is all he can afford. He has lived in the US for 18 yrs after waiting for yrs & yrs for Chinese govt to give him permission to leave, even with a job waiting. 

Brian was diagnosed with prostate cancer in Nov 2017. His doctor told him to have surgery & do chemotherapy but that he would probably be left to wear a diaper. He has elected not to have the surgery. He has no family on this island & his only living sibling, who would sometimes help him, also has terminal cancer & was just given 3-6 mos to live. His family has certainly seen its share of sickness.  

Being Chinese (Taiwanese) he has a great deal of faith in natural medicines like foods & herbs. He sees a Naturopathic doctor who helps guide him but he cannot afford to see her much or to buy the herbs & supplements she recommended he take. He is using an ozone therapy which requires buying tanks of ozone & plastic tubing & a regulator, which he bought with $$$ he saved. But he cannot afford to continue as it costs approx $25000/yr for his treatments. He was washing & re-using the tubing to save $ until the doctor told him to stop doing that because it is dangerous.

Recently he has had some serious symptoms such as spitting up blood. Naturally, he is scared & depressed & feels tired & sick every day. Brian needs whatever help you can give him. He works as much as he can as a handyman, sometimes trading for food. Pls help in any way you can, maybe by posting on your facebook page or anything you can think of & thank you in advance.
