Help Bones the dog please see update

Hello all! This is my dog Bones. He is awesome and loving. My husband Stephen and I rescued Bones from a local shelter.  He was originally found tied up to a pole along a busy highway. We always wanted a pet to complete our family and we are so blessed to have him in our lives. Bones loves loud squeaky toys and American cheese. His most favorite thing is doing sprints in the backyard.  But right now he can't run. He has a herniated disc in his back, which makes him have a hard time getting up at all. He can't move his right back leg which the doctor describes as "not functional". We placed $3,000.00 on a credit card which totally maxed it out. He requires surgery which will be another $4000.00 in order for him to walk again.  This whole thing came as a horrible surprise as Bones is only 7 years old and one day suddenly he woke up not being able to walk properly.  It's impossible for us to afford to pay for the surgery, especially with the holidays approaching.  

It's a heart breaking sight to see my poor, innocent dog struggle to stand up over and over again because he doesn't understand why his leg won't support him anymore...

Won't you please help my dog Bones get his surgery by Christmas? What a wonderful Christmas present it would be for him and his family that loves him so.
