Help Arnold Live

Hello everyone, I need your help. My cat, Arnold, is a curious little fellow. He is the sweetest little cat who constantly craves our affection and waits for us at the door to come home. He apparently learned how to break out of our back door by himself when I was not home and he got outside and fell 3 stories. We brought him to the vet to get xrays and he has 2 fractures in his leg. If Arnold doesn't get the surgery then he will most likely have to be put down.... We are full time college students and I cannot afford the surgery required to fix his leg... Please help Arnold return to the life he's wanted to live. I want the best for my cat and I'm running out of options and time.
