Help Anna say goodbye to her dad

Hello friends, family and kind strangers,

I’m writing this appeal on behalf of my good friend Anna Lenders. Anna is a great friend, with an even greater heart. Unfortunately, this morning, she received some tragic news from Brazil: Her dad had a stroke while sleeping and did not survive.

She has been struggling with depression and anxiety for a while, she hasn’t been back to Brazil since moving to Australia 4 years ago, and now she is absolutely devastated with the sudden loss of her beloved dad.

Because of her mental health, it has been hard for her to work a lot of hours per week so she doesn’t have enough money to attend her dad’s funeral or be there for her family. Her grandmother is very shaken and relying on meds to bare the pain of her loss.

So, myself and some of her closest friends decided to help her to go to Brazil to say her final goodbye and be there for her family.

The money raised with this campaign would be just enough to pay for her flights and some expenses. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Anna is a very talented makeup artist, after she recovers from this horrible loss, she will be able to help with some great beauty tips.

Note: As many Brazilians know, funerals usually happen in the next day or couple of days after a person is deceased, so she needs to leave Melbourne tonight to make it to the funeral. So your help is needed urgently.
