Help & Support for Josh Shier and family.

I am starting this campaign in hopes of finding some support for my cousin Josh Shier and his family.
Josh is 18 years old, and just recently graduated from high school. He has 4 siblings and many family and friends who love him so much.
On Monday, July 15th Josh was in a car accident and was immediately hospitalized at the Moncton Hospital with life-threatening injuries. The doctors and family were quickly made aware of the severity of his injuries and had discovered Josh was suffering from a major head injury, resulting in internal bleeding/blood clots and minimal brain activity and possible spinal cord injury. Doctors opted to perform brain surgery Monday night and told the family the 50/50 survival rate. Thankfully, Josh pulled through surgery but is still non responsive and his condition remains the same.
At this moment, the family is still unsure of what Josh’s condition will be. He is still unresponsive with minimal brain activity and they are not positive on the condition of his spinal injuries. His family and friends are all hoping and praying that he gets better and comes out being able to enjoy his life, as he has a lot left to be lived..
I am asking for help and support for Josh’s parents; Daryle and Pam Shier. As they are spending their time with Josh as much as they can, they also have 3 other children that still need their support and of course since they are unable to work at this time, certain finances are being heavily strained.
Any kind of support or the smallest donation would help pay for things such as;
-travel expenses
-hospital parking
-food
-bills
And of course general expenses for there other 3 children.
Josh’s road to recovery will be a long one for him and the family. Even after he wakes up, challenges are more than likely to be present and are going to change the lives of his parents and family forever. Finances throughout this time should not be one of their worries..
