This is my friend Allison Williams (Ally). Ally and I joined the Royal Australian Navy together back in 1989.
Ally has been having a hard time with her health for a number of years now and spends a lot of her time in hospital fighting 2 chronic diseases (BRONCHIECSTASIS and PULMONARY FIBROSIS). Recently Ally has suffered a bit of a set back finding out that she now has a bacteria called pseudomonyus. This bacteria colonises in the lungs and is resistant to may of the anitbiotics available. She needs to be on oxygen 75% of the time just to breathe.
Ally is in need of a small portable oxygen concentrator, unfortunately this will cost her as she cannot get it free as she isn't old enough to qualify. As you can no doubt guess from this request, it is a cost that she can't afford.
She really needs our support to help her obtain this vital piece of equipment.
