Help Alej Regain Her Strength

After months of decreased strength and muscle wasting in her hands, speech changes, and other increasing symptoms, Alej, the joyful, tender, intrepid daughter of our dear friend Laura Gruber, has been referred to the Children's Medical  Center of the Dallas Pediatric Neuromuscular team for further testing and diagnostics. Please help Alej and Laura with medical and travel expenses as they embark on this new journey together. 

Most immediately, they face $2000 just for initial tests and procedures, plus travel expenses and time away from Laura's work for doctors appointments, travel to Dallas, and care for Alej as her symptoms worsen.
