Help Adam get the treatment he needs

Our son Adam was diagnosed with a rare kidney disease called MCD. Steroids usually handle it but in his case they don't.  After trying a lot of other drugs and medications to no avail it was determined rituximab, a form of chemotherapy was our last chance before heading to the big city for experimental treatment. While in prior treatment he came down with colitis and e-coli which added some more drama to the situation and delayed the chemo infusion. Bills and expenses keep adding up so any help would be appreciated.  Adam is 4 years old and has been fighting this condition for 8 months now and steadily declining. With an 8oz of fluid restriction per day he's extremely grouchy.
