Help 24 yr old Leo

I I rescued Leo about five years ago from a neighbor who was losing everything including his home.
He had had Leo since he was a kitten and at the time I got him he was 18 years old. Leo is now approximately 24 years old. He loves eating and is very energetic and has been healthy the whole time I've had him.
Last night I noticed he was a bit lethargic and not wanting to eat which is very uncharacteristic. Upon further inspection I realized he had a bit of swelling on his jaw, today he is drooling. I desperately need to take him to the vet but need help since I am in a very tight financial situation. I've taken my animals to paws2help for many years, they are a low-cost clinic in my area. I don't have an exact number but I am assuming it will cost around $200 judging by previous experiences.
Please help if you can every little bit really helps.
