Help 2 students visit Silcon Valley

Hi! We are Marta and Florian, two students from Italy. This year we have the amazing opportunity to be two out of 30 students in Italy who have been selected to visit the cradle of technology: Silicon Valley. During the one-week tour we will have the wonderful opportunity to know staff from various major players out there. In the past it has often been the start of a new collaboration, ranging from exclusvie internships to start-ups.



During this tour we are going to see:
*Stanford University
*Logitech
*Ericsson
*A3Cube
*Hewlett Packard
*UC Berkley
*Carr&Ferrel
*Google
and last but not least: Facebook

Of course these trips are expensive and thus any amount received takes us closer to our goal. The proposed amount is the full cost for the two of us (flight and accommodation). Every dollar is accepted more than thankfully.

I am Florian, full time Student and work to pay my studies. In the weekends I volounteer as an emergency medical tecnician at the local White Cross. I think that everyone should get access to affordable healthcare; issue in particualr for the elderly.



I already applied for follow-up studes and got accepted. I'm unsure what the experience in southern California will bring, but I'm open to surprises :)
