Heather Fischer's legal fees

My daughter needs financial help to fight a contested divorce from her husband that is in prison for solicitation of a minor and child pornography charges. There were 5 minor boys involved with these charges. The FBI is still finding more victims as their investigation continues. He is in prison. She is now financially broke and is in desperate need of financial assistance so she can hire an attorney immediately to make sure the divorce is finalized and custody is settled in her favor for their three young children. She filed for an absolute divorce last spring given the circumstances of adultery and her husband's crimes. It has been a difficult process since she can not afford legal representation. Money has run out and she will get nothing from her home. Her husband, Kenneth Fischer, has expressed in his separation agreement that he does not want her to have any of his pension. He wants half the value of her only car. He wants her to pay half of his student loan debt  WHILE he is INCARCERATED. He wants her to pay all of these things while getting nothing from him. He also wants mandatory phone calls and visits to the jail with their children. She needs help with the legal costs of a lawyer.  Please, help me help her stop this from happening.

She will soon be forced out of her home because she can't afford to live there and is truly in need of any help that she can get. She's not asking, but I am pleading since she is in dire need to settle this and can't navigate this without the assistance of an attorney. She has tried to get help from several places for pro bono services, but of course earns over their set, very low, earnings limit.

Any donation would be greatly appreciated and will go to her legal expenses. I do anticipate the fees being above and beyond the gofundme goal that I have set, but feel as if $7,000 will get her started and as soon as she has enough for the retainer fee she will secure an attorney. I appreciate all the love and support from the community and with your help, her and her girls can move on from their devastating situation.
