Hearts For Hope

Hearts for Hope is a fund created by Bones for Homes by Elijah to help treat illness and injuries that are all too often common among shelter animals. Most prevalent among these problems is heartworms. We see FAR too many dogs come into the shelter suffering from this parasitic infestation, which is easily preventable for less than $10 a month. Though this condition is completely curable treating it can be expensive and therefore heartworms are often a death sentence to shelter dogs. It is our goal to remove this obstacle and open the roadway to happy, healthy lives for these dogs.


When you donate to Hearts for Hope, 100% of your donation will go directly to medical care for an at risk animal in the shelter or foster care.

Every donation $10 and above will receive a heart like the one below placed on our Hearts for Hope page. These hearts can be customized with any name and city. (one name per $10 donation)





Every donation $50 and above will receive a similar GOLD colored heart to be place on our Hearts for Hope page with name and city. (up to five names per $50 donation)

Every donation $100 and above will receive a green heart that will be place on the main page of our website, Bones for Homes by Eljiah, with name and city. (Up to five names per $100)

All hearts will also be showcased on our facebook page, Bones for Homes by Elijah.
