BED RIDDEN/ HEART PATIENT NEEDS HOSPITAL MATTRESS

My name is Marvin Wall and I am 62 years old.
I had a heart attack on  December 24, 2012.
Following 2 surgical proceedures where a total of 4 stents were put in, I am no longer a candidate for surgery because my heart surgeon told me that I would "die on the table".

I need to have both knees replaced but this cannot be done because of my heart condition.
Walking is very painful and I cannot stand for any length of time because my knees buckle and I am at risk for falls.

Due to extremely poor circulation in my feet restricting the blood flow to my heart, lesions form on my legs which is very painful compromising my heart condition.

Because my mobility is so restricted, I need to have a scooter that would enable me to go to my doctor appointments, and also that would enable me to continue living independently and safely in the community.

The scooter that I need must accommodate 500 pounds.
