HEALTH IMPROVEMENT

My name is Nicholas Bardash.  I am a 22 year Veteran of the US Air Force living in Tampa, Florida.  I was first diagnosed with PTSD back in 2012 after a one year deployment overseas.  I also have High Blood Pressure, TBI and nightmare.  Two years ago, I went on a weight management program supervised by Dr. Urshan here in Tampa.  It was amazing! I lost almost 60 pounds, felt the best I have ever felt, came off of three medications and a CPAP machine.  It was truly a god send for myself and more importantly my family.  Unfortunately, like many humans, I gave in to society and convenience of crappy food and have gained some weight back and am experiencing more frequest PTSD symptoms.  I would love to get back to where I was last year and make a permanent commitment to myself and my family to make it last and a permanent lifestyle change.  I can do it this time, I promise.  Please help if you can.  Normally it is over 2k but with being a friend of one of there spokesman and a return customer, I can do it again for $1400.  Please find it in your heart to help.  I dont like to ask nor have I ever asked for help but this time, I really need it.  Thank you for your time and God Bless you and God Bless our Troops, Until they ALL come home!
