Tyler Holland's Healing Journey

Donation protected
Our world changed on November 8, 2015 when our sweet Tyler was involved in a devastating car accident beyond his will or control.

At a very high rate of speed led by the driver, the car went up an embankment sideways, hit a telephone pole with great force, then barrel-rolled several times before landing on its roof on the side of the road. Maryland State Police responded to the accident in Walkersville and Tyler was flown by helicopter to the nearest and best hospital, University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore, for treatment.

Severe traumatic brain injuries, broken back, and collapsed lung are some of Tyler’s injuries. He’s had multiple surgeries within the first few days, to include on the T4-T9 thoracic vertebrae of his spine and in two regions of his brain. His skull will remain open for months waiting for swelling to reduce. Sadly, more surgeries will be endured.

Tyler spent his 18th birthday on November 10th in a coma and critical condition fighting for his life while surrounded by loving family that adores him deeply. We believe our Lord heals, delivers, and restores. We thank Him for providing the next best physicians tending to Tyler’s medical needs. We continuously thank God for Tyler’s life; as well as grace, mercy, patience, strength, and courage for our family and friends during this difficult time.

Funds raised will contribute directly towards Tyler’s medical care and associated expenses. No monetary gift is too great or too small. Your thoughts and prayers are appreciated beyond measure. Your support is abundantly appreciated by Tyler, his father Louis “L.Q”, mother Kellie, and younger brother Zach.

Thank you for being a part of Tyler’s Healing Journey!
