Hi. I am appealing to you for help because, through no fault of my own, my education, hard work and many sacrifices have produced no material benefit. I really want to open a new chapter in my life. One in which my 12 chronic illnesses no longer define me.
However, I cannot do this without you. It takes money to make money. It takes money to change a life, and since I have many limitations, my bootstraps aren't the place to start.
I am stuck where I should not be: frigid central Canada. I am on disability and incapable of working full-time in traditional employment. And yet, I am a dual citizen and reasonably mobile. No spouse or kids.
The funds you donate will go to my resettlement in Israel and/or California and to my housing, medical care, education, maintenance and well-being there.
I have many dreams and many hopes and am open to possibilities. But it cannot happen where I am now. Will I write or consult for Star Trek? Help unseat Trump with my editorial skills and campaign experience? Help a great Israeli startup export its life-saving, environmentally friendly goods and services to Europe, North America and Australia? I cannot yet know. But I promise I will work as hard as medical science recommends.

Trustworthiness: Reliability and secret security clearance granted in Canada for purpose of government contracts. This involved criminal and credit record checks (among others) and was done less than two years ago!
Political views: Liberal in Canada and USA, centre in Europe, centre-right on Israeli affairs.
