Head Shave For Mental Health

I am shaving my head THIS FRIDAY, 1st of June.
Funds raised are going to two local mental health charities:
Lisheens House, based in Skibbereen, who focus on suicide prevention and the promotion of recovery and positive mental health. They provide free counselling throughout Cork.
and
First Fortnight, a charity that challenges mental health prejudice through arts and cultural action, in towns all over Ireland.
I will be donating my ponytail too.
