Heads Up Park Run

The Heads Up exec have decided to make a fool of ourselves by dressing up as meerkats (the heads up mascot, not just cause meerkats are cool) and running the park run on the 22nd June! 

We would really love it if you could sponsor us, as we always need funds to run bigger campaigns and also to fund training for our peer support facilitators, so that this vital service can continue to run.  You are also invited to join us on the day, in solidarity for mental health awareness. Come dressed in anything orange (our group colour) and walk, run or drag yourself round. 

Heads Up is a student-led society and the Durham branch of Student Minds. Student Minds is a nation-wide charity with the aim of raising awareness and support for mental health problems in university. 

We ultimately aim to improve student welfare, reduce the stigma and raise the profile of mental health issues within the university setting.
