Haverstick Litigation Fund

The Driftwood Hills Neighborhood Association is raising funds for litigation expenses for Haverstick Woods. Our neighborhood wants responsible development that won't exacerbate the already gridlocked and accident-prone intersections, to improve the safety of our residents and surrounding community, to save heritage trees in these woods, and  to prevent a domino effect of commercialism down 86th St.
The City-County Council used illegal methods to enact a call-down that left us with a settlement that significantly increased the density of this plan, loosened the tree protection plan, and does little to alleviate the traffic concerns. 
Please help us reach our financial goal to continue to fight for our rights in having a say on what kind of development we will allow into our neighborhood.  As always, we are so thankful for your support.
