Ballard, Seattle is an inclusive, supportive, and diverse, community. To demonstrate our committment to these values, our goal is to visibly promote these values by posting signs in homes, schools and businesses.
If you live in Ballard or the surrounding area, please join us in filling the neighborhood with "Hate Has No Home Here" messaging.
What is the suggested donation amount? In order to print and distribute the signs we're asking for your donation. Chip in $5-10 to allow us to cover costs. A greater donation allows us to share signs with those who are unable to pay. The signs will be 18x24, double sided (so you can choose to display the red or blue graphic), will come with stakes, and cost $6.30 each. The goal is to print and distribute 200 signs. I'll also print 100 12x18 posters. These will cost $1 each and be for those who live in apartment buildings or for schools to display in their hallways.
How do I get a sign? Use this form to let us know if you would like a sign. We will send an email once signs are printed and keep you posted on pick up locations.
Where can I pick up my sign?
Purchased yard signs will be available to pick up at Sasha's home (an email with location details will be sent when signs are ready for pick up). A select number of signs will be abvailable for free at various locations for those who are unable to pay:
