Harley's Heartworm Treatment

As some of you know, Harley has recently officially joined our family, although she's been staying with us for a few months now. She is the best dog and adds so much love & joy to our lives, especially for Zander (they're in love). Unfortunately, after bringing Harley to the vet to get her checked out, we discovered that she has heartworms. We had no idea what heartworm treatment entailed, however we've since learned that it is extremely costly, but we know we need to get our Harley girl better and get her the treatment she needs. We hate asking for help, but if you could spare even $1 toward the treatment it would mean the world to us.
