Handicapped Van Repairs

I've never made a GoFundMe before, but when I tell you why, you'll understand.

My name is Kim Gove. Sara is my daughter and Lou is my son in law. Ive asked Sara to allow me to use her GoFundMe on her own behalf.

Louie Jr., my grandson,  uses a wheelchair....He has since birth. For years my daughter and her husband had no van at all for him after their van was totalled in a bad accident. They saved up and raised up the funds for a  new van just a couple of years ago. As soon as they had the new van, they started putting aside money for school tuition for Louie's big brother, Kane, who everyone agreed should not go to the questionable public schools where they live. Three years they saved every (and I mean it) penny. Then 5 months before it was time to pay tuition, the family car broke down and all the money they had saved went to repairs on the car. So they grabbed 2nd and 3rd jobs to make sure Kane would be able to continue on his path. 

Being the kind of people they are, my son in law and my daughter bore ALL this with grace and a positive attitude. Then the wheelchair van broke down just a few days ago. Without that van my grandson is stuck in his home. The school Louie is attending is an independent school and doesn't YET have wheelchair transportation, so now his education is in danger of being impacted. My kids are struggling sooooo hard to take care of disaster on top of disaster. They NEVER show Louie Jr the stress this all causes - they do everything to make sure he doesn't worry. I wish with all my heart I could make this better for them. I can't do it alone. I'm asking my friends and family to help me help my kids and grandson.

These guys have been through more than anyone I know and they hardly ever even ask for help. In fact, these guys do more community service and give more to strangers than anyone I've ever met. When they do ask, it's always for the kids. Now they need help and they need it right away before school starts next week so they can fix their wheelchair van.
