Half Marathon for Headway Southampton

In May I will be running the half marathon in Southampton to raise money for Headway Southampton. Volunteering for Headway has showed me what a worthwhile and important cause it is. 

 Headway Southampton works with adults who have experienced a brain injury. This may be from assault, RTA, stroke, tumour, cardiovascular attack, oxygen starvation or encephalitis. Headway supports people who have experienced a brain injury to recover their independence and confidence in themselves and in the community. Headway also provides information and support to relatives and carers that will assist them to cope with the changes that brain injury can bring to families and relationships.

Any donations would be greatly appreciated for such an incredible charity, one which is so important to me and many other people.
