Had a stroke

On September 5th 2018 I suffered a mini stroke. Due to slight paralysis on my right side I am unable to work I am in physical therapy  and trying to get better unfortunately out of work means no money coming in I have a 6 year old daughter and a 5 month old baby boy who mean the world to me. I have a beautiful strong wife who's done everything to help me through this difficult time, however i was the only one working and still out of work. I do not ask for much, I just need some help to keep me and more importantly my family from getting in deeper.  I am a proud man and do not like asking for help but I really need it so this is my story. Please any help would be appreciated by myself and more importantly my family. Thank you
