A hackathon is an event where people from different backgrounds come together for a weekend to build something amazing using computer science. At our hackathon, we want to provide our participants with amazing technology to work with, incredible food and snacks to keep them going, and the oppurtunity to learn and grow with people who love to do the same thing as them. We also plan on keeping our hackathon very open and friendly to beginners, so that we can help grow the hacker community with our hackathon.
However, to help us acheive our vision, we need your help. As a company, you can sponsor or donate to us. We have many different sponsorship tiers that will provide you with a variety of different benefits. You will be able to market, recruit, teach inspire our participants. You can learn more about our sponsorship tiers here.
If you are an individual you wishes to see our event happen, a donation of any amount will make a difference.
Our budget is approximately 10 000, minus an emergency fund. It's the bare minimum we need to run a successful hackathon. Your sponsorship or donations allows us to provide our hackers with food, T-Shirts and stickers for over 160 participants over the course of a weekend. We'll be accepting funding up until the day of our event, but the earlier we receive your funding, the more impact it will have.
By sponsoring or donating to us, you directly help the next generation of computer scientists. You will be able interact with them, inspire them and make an unforgettable impression on them.
