Habing Family Support - Friends Helping Friends

On Thursday December 5, 2019, we lost one of our own from the community of Strathmore. Marlon Habing, the loving husband of Becky, and father of Chad, JC, Dalton and Lane was travelling to work on Highway 1 when  a semi trailer unit pulled out in front of him in the fog. The entire Habing family has been an integral part of our community in so many ways since they moved here several years ago from Swift Current. For awhile they operated Neo's Nest, the pet store in town. Marlon helped set up the Strathmore Lacrosse Association, one of the founding members, where he also coached for years. The boys were active in sports, Lane in dance, and Becky was always part of the community working in the schools and community. They've touched so many lives by being great friends and neighbours. We'd like to support them in their time of need, by taking the worries of financial costs off of their shoulders.  I will be personally collecting all donations and e-transferring to Becky.
