Chris Haas Recovery Fund
Donation protected
The Cambridge Lions family had one of it's players get hurt, off the field. Chris Haas is a long-time Lion, Wolverine and is currently playing for the Hespeler Hawks. Chris is known as a tough, charismatic defender on the football field.
Chris was involved in a motor vehicle accident, was trapped in the car, extricated and flown to Hamilton Hospital. Chris has injured his left leg badl, leaving him with a long road for recovery. He will need assistance, physiotherapy and walking aids while make his way back to full health.
As a proud member of the Lions family, Chris would want you to know he is strong and full of fight; and although this is a setback, nothing is going to get in his way. As a great player, Chris knows that it's not about taking the hit, but about getting back up and fighting.
We, the Cambridge Lions are asking anyone to make a small donation to support Chris and help him get back up and return to full health.
On behalf of Cambridge Lions, Chris and his family a big Thank You, in advance.
