Need help for my cat Mr. Spot

My cat was shot with a pellet gun this weekend and im not sure who did it but I love my animals and im trying to get him help. He has already been seen and looked at and obviously you can see his leg is broken. We dont have the funds to fix him and what money i do have is all going toward him. But what ever you can help with even if it's a few dallors. Thanks
