Bobby Berrettone Needs Help

This is kind of awkward for me because ever since I worked in my dad's store from the age of twelve, I've always worked for the money I made and have never had to ask for any help.... But I do now.
Twenty nine years ago I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, chronic, progressive- that's the worst kind. What that means is you progressively continue to get worse little by little forever. I was able to work for fifteen more years but then I was forced to stop. Not so much because of the MS but one of the effects of the disease robbed me of the ability to speak very loudly. I could only whisper. I'm now a quadriplegic.
At first I lost the ability to walk. I used to use the computer, then I lost the use of my hands. Losing the use of my hands was devastating. I tried many other ways of using the computer, including voice and head tracking but neither could replace what I had lost. Now I can't even feed myself and must be cared for by others.
As you have faced adversity, you have plunged forward, so have I. To go forward now I need your help.
My van is fifteen years old, and on its last leg. I need to replace it. That would cost me about $19,000 for a used van with a ramp. I also need a new wheelchair that will be mostly covered by my insurance. Except for $1,000. That is what I would have to pay to get the feature which gives me the ability to raise up so I can talk to people eye to eye.
Whatever you can give, however small, will be of great help to me. I've got a ways to go to meet my goal.
