Apt deposit

My landlord wants to move into his house, which I've been renting for 5 years. Good news found a place but with moving expenses and 1st and last I came up a little short for the deposit. Renting is tough in the Bay Area especially when you are disabled and on a fixed income. So any kind of help would really be appreciated. Thank you, M. Ellen Locke
