Justin's Journey
Donation protected
On Dec 19, 2017 Nineteen year old Justin Little's life changed forever. While driving to his dad's house, a patch of black ice caused him to lose control of his car, and he was left with a broken neck. (C6&7) Now he starts his new journey in life as a Quadriplegic.
Definition of quadriplegic : one affected with partial or complete paralysis of both the arms and legs especially as a result of spinal cord injury or disease in the region of the neck.
It was a rough morning when he was taken off life support, but he made it through. He is able to swallow which is a good thing. He has limited use of his arms and hands, but he will have to endure two years of intense therapy in the hospital. With his parents by his side, money will be tight. There will be many unexpected bills to pay, trips to the hospital, etc.
This fundraiser has been set up to help Justin's family, so they can spend much needed time with him, and to help Justin get a head start when he leaves the hospital. No donation is too small. Every little bit will help.
As you enjoy this Hoilday season with your family and friends, I ask that you say a prayer for Justin & his Family. And maybe... just maybe, we can get a Christmas Miracle.
Thank you for your thoughts and prayers for Justin. He will need them all as he makes the transition into his new life.
