These are your local Arizona Olympic hopefuls!
At Performance One with Coach Joe Micela we are proud to have had an athlete medal in every national and international competition in the past year! Yes, Amazing! Now we hope to continue this awesome streak, and could use your help so our lifters can realize their dreams! Joe Micela was a 2012 Olympic coach, also coached in the World and Pan American championships.
Many Performance One Lifters will be competing at the 2015 No Body Cares Go Harder. Com Arizona Weightlifting State Championships on May 16th.
Top Junior 53 kilo lifter Kaija Bramwell has made the 2015 Junior World Weightlifting Team and will represent the US in Wroclaw, Poland this Summer. Please help fund Coach Joe Micela's trip (which is self funded) to the Championships.
Later this summer the Performance One Weightlifters will be competing at the Senior National Weightlifting Championships in Dallas, Texas.
So as you can see our Dreams are big and our plate is full. Our lifters and coaches work countless hours and hope to LIFT their way to the Top!

We are proud to announce that Performance One Weightlifter and Youth American Record Holder Kaija Bramwell has made the 2015 Junior World Weightlifting Team for Team USA. She will compete in Wroclaw, Poland in June 2015. Unfortunately, Coach Joe Micela's Trip is self funded and he will have to raise money to assist in paying for the trip. Coach Micela has trained four US Lifters to the Junior World Team with one of his athletes Winning a Silver Medal in 2008.
Any help that you can provide a little relief in travel expenses to Coach Micela would be greatly appreciated. This will allow him to continue the success he has established in developing the top US Weightlifters.
