I am losing my home, my landlord told me he was putting  the house on the market. I have been looking continuously for comparable housing for months now and can't find anything for me and my dog that isn't going to cost more than twice what I pay now. I have been working 7 days a week to save what little I can. I recently found a really good opportunity to get into a nice little house with a yard for the dog on a contract for deed, the seller has some fairly reasonable terms and has been willing to work with me to make this happen. I have put a lot of time, work and effort into this so far and will continue to in order to pull it off and get financing inside of two years to buy him out. I am starting this campaign in the hopes that I can raise a little money to get me started with the down payment, title insurance and some minor upgrades to be able to move in the moment I lose my current home, time is of the essence which is why I am asking for help. My house was not supposed to go on the market until sometime next month, however this morning I was told it is going on the market this Friday, when it sells I will have exactly 31 days to have all my ducks in a row and be out which means having somewhere to go. This feels like the right opportunity to move forward with my life and take control over my future. If you have the ability to donate anything whether it be $5 or $10, whatever will help, it all adds up! I am hopeful with just a little help from my family and friends that I can make the impossible possible and pull a rabbit from a hat so to speak and again have a home for myself and my dog! I am already grateful for the great friends and family I have been blessed with. I appreciate any donations or help that is offered and will be entirely grateful if I can have a chance at getting my foot in the door of the opportunity to own my own home! And Porkchop will be eternally grateful to have a yard!
