We are small company based in Miami Florida, and we help and support @1granitodeamor in collecting founds and all types of donations, to later on send it to Venezuela.

As many of you might not know, or believe in unreal news, Venezuela like many other countries in Latin America is going through a very hard dictatorship. A country that was once abundant and prospers and with amazing resources, now lives un chaos, kids die and spend day without food and other basic needs, a country where poverty reaches 68% and is growing more and more every year.

Because our kids are all the kids, because they will only have one childhood… Help us help them.

Who we are: @1granitodeamor is a none profit organization based in Venezuela, in charge of collecting any types of donations for the kids of the “Hospital Clinico Universitario”.

What we do? we collect food, medicine, medical supplies, toys and any other article that could be of use.

We constantly organize and participate in events at the HUC and other medical facilities to support the families that are battling with all types of cancer.

All donations are distributed in the hospital and other centers that handle hi risk cancer patients.

Who is helping us? Me, Yojana Herrera together with a group of volunteers in different parts of the United States and Venezuela, we put our efforts to consolidate all donated resources (physical and financial) that will help to satisfy the needs of any kid hospitalized, that requires any diet, special treatment, medical exams, among other things.

How are the donations being used?  the funds are used to buy food, medical supplies, medicines, lab tests, and other medical related fees that can support anyone at that specific moment. Based on a list that we publish over our social media. Most of these donations are send using local freight forward companies that are supporting our foundation.

Once the supplies are in Venezuela, we have a few collaborators that are in charge of delivering them to Hospitals, Houses, Foster homes or specific individuals.

Venezuela has become an unsafe place for many of our contributors, as since the many government officials target this types of help, stealing them for their own benefit, creating more need for the people we are trying to help, and in some instances the personal safety of our contributors is at risk for the simple fact of helping us or any humanitarian cause...

Quienes somos? @1granitodeamor es una organización no gubernamental encargada de recaudar y entregar donaciones a los niños del Hospital Clínico Universitario.

Que hacemos? recaudar alimentos, medicinas, insumos médicos, pañales, formula, lencería, juguetes y cualquier otro articulo que pueda ser de utilidad.

Como lo hacemos? Organizamos y participamos en eventos programados en el HUC, o algún otro centro de salud, para brindar apoyo físico, mental y espiritual a cada paciente y sus familiares.

Las donaciones son recibidas en nuestros centros de acopio y distribuidas en el hospital, o en otros centros por casos especiales de niños en condición de riesgo.

A traves de quien lo hacemos?  Yo, Yojana Herrera de la mano de un grupo de colaboradores distribuidos en diferentes partes de Venezuela, USA y otros paises, juntamos nuestros esfuerzos para consolidar todos los recursos donados (finacieros y fisicos) en funcion de sastifacer las necesidades de los ninos hospitalizados que requieren de dietas especiales, medicamentos recetados, examenes medicos, entre otros.

Como usamos las donaciones que recibimos? Todo los fondos recibidos a traves de esta via son usados para la compra de alimentos, insumos medicos, medicinas recetada y no recetada, pagos a examenes de laboratorio y cualquier otro gastos adicional relacionado al caso especifico que se este ayudando en el momento. Todas la donaciones son enviadas con la ayuda de una compania de envios que nos presta soporte para hacer posible la ayuda.

Una vez que la donaciones llegan a Venezuela, son recibidas por la Fundacion y con la ayuda invaluable de los voluntarias esta llegan a Hospitales, Orfanatos e individos en necesidad.

Venezuela se ha convertido en un lugar inseguro para todos nuestros colaboradores, tomando en cuenta que muchos oficiales y entidades de seguriadad del gobierno atancan y roban todas estas ayudas humanitarias para su propio beneficio e incluso  en algunos casos la seguridad de nuestros contribuidores a estado en un gran riesgo tan solo por apoyar este tipo de causas.
