Please help Mila

Hello, I would never ask unless I needed it. I lost my dog Dolce only a few months ago by a hit and run car she died in my arms and I refuse to lose  Mila only few months later.  Mila has a chance I will give her any chance she has to live!! I can not loose my other dog. She’s currently staying in the hospital as of now she has a chance and I will do anything to give her that chance her kidneys are failing 20% is what is active now. The doctors say she may have a chance she has to stay in the hospital for 2 days and do extensive test , Ultrasound’s. I don’t want to loose Mila I refuse I am lost right now. Anything helps ! I want to give her a chance because she wants to live and she doesn’t deserve this especially if there is a chance she can live her life again.
