Dialysis fund

Hello everyone, my name is Rick and I'm a 58 year old man living in Arizona with my wife and my daughter it has been a struggle for me because I've been hospitalized now 7 times since last November and diagnosed with stage 3 kidney failure in less than a year and unexpectedly downgraded to stage 5.  Now my nephrologist is starting the transplant list process.  Two days ago they put me on emergency dialysis.   I don't know how to handle this because I lost my leg 2 years ago amputated from diabetes and a rare ecoli bacteria in my foot and it has been hard for me ever since.  Shortly after losing my leg I was diagnosed w diabetic blindness which has gotten progressively worse.   I cannot work I can't drive  I'm on dialysis now  3 days a week and im feeling helpless. I sure can use some help for my family to help w all the medical bills.  if anyone out there could find it in their heart to help donate and say alot  of prayers that would be greatly appreciated.  This has been   really really hard on my family and myself.  Can you please help me thank you for all your support  and God bless you.
